The Full Story
Deep Dive Leadership Consulting was born out of a dream to use the experiences I’ve gained in over 30 years to help others achieve greatness. My time as a nuclear submarine officer cultivated a passion for building highly aligned, successful teams. By emphasizing team members’ strengths, I have successfully built strong, globally diverse, collaborative teams.

The name “Deep Dive” reflects my background as a nuclear submarine officer and manufacturing professional. This includes both literal deep dives in the ocean and figurative deep dives into data, processes, designs, and operations to discover and address underlying issues.

Meet the Founder:
Bryan P. Van Itallie, MBA
I am a strategic global business leader with an MBA from Duke University and a proven track record in company culture transformation, leadership development, lean manufacturing, and cross-functional collaboration. I drive operational excellence and optimize processes across manufacturing operations. I excel in creating and implementing strategic plans for achieving company goals.

At the helm of Deep Dive Leadership Consulting, LLC, I tailor executive coaching for C-suite and senior managers, provide team leadership training, and offer consulting services focused on culture transformation, strategic planning, and manufacturing process improvements.
I have held various leadership roles, including President of PIC Trailers, COO at Grace Technologies, several positions at John Deere, and a nuclear submarine officer. Additionally, I have served on the Board of Governors for the Manufacturing Leadership Council and chair the Greater Niles Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors.
